As an LPC Associate, I specialize in grief counseling, with additional experience in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, behavior issues, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. My approach to therapy is both untraditional and personalized—I'm passionate about meeting my clients where they are and tailoring the therapy process to their unique styles and interests.

I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including play therapy, expressive arts therapy, and movement, to ensure that each session feels relevant and engaging.
