Our Team

Dr. Amaris Molina, PhD, LPC, NCC

My name is Dr. Amaris Molina. I am a licensed professional counselor specializing in children & teenagers who are struggling with life after divorce, depression, and behavioral concerns to feel seen, heard, and understood to create healthy change. My career began in the non-profit sector and has since transitioned into private practice, where I have settled in San Antonio, TX. I received my Master’s in Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio and continued my education at Sam Houston State University where I received my Doctorate’s in Counselor Education.

Raegan Carrillo, LPC Associate

Supervised by Celina Lopez, LPC-S

As an LPC-Associate, I specialize in grief counseling, with additional experience in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, behavior issues, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. My approach to therapy is both untraditional and personalized—I'm passionate about meeting my clients where they are and tailoring the therapy process to their unique styles and interests.

I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including play therapy, expressive arts therapy, and movement, to ensure that each session feels relevant and engaging. I believe that therapy should not be one-size-fits-all, and I work hard to create a safe and supportive space where my clients feel heard, empowered, and challenged to grow.

I’m laidback and casual in my approach, but that doesn’t mean I shy away from pushing my clients to confront and work through difficult issues. I’m here to help you uncover your potential and navigate life’s challenges in a way that feels authentic to you. Hope to work with you soon!

Tikisha Smith, LPC Associate

Supervised by Edward Salazar, LPC-S, Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor

My name is Tikisha Smith.  I started my career as an Elementary school teacher 22 years ago.   I have spent the last 17 years of my career as a School Counselor, supporting students in discovering their strengths, overcoming challenges, and achieving personal growth. Now, as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Associate, I continue my mission to help individuals of all ages navigate life’s complexities with confidence and resilience.

My passion for counseling stems from a deep desire to empower others—to help them find their voice, define their path, and build the tools needed for lasting success and emotional well-being. I believe in creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and equipped to move forward with clarity and purpose.

I am here to help you and I look forward to working with you!

Ali Williams, Student Intern

Supervised by Dr. Amaris Molina, LPC

Hi, I'm Ali Williams. I’m currently a graduate student in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Liberty University, and I’m passionate about walking alongside people as they work through life’s ups and downs. My approach is person-centered, which means I truly believe in the power of connection, collaboration, and meeting people where they are. Together, we’ll create goals and strategies that feel right for you.

My journey into counseling began while I was serving in the U.S. Air Force in Hawaii. During that time, I felt a deep pull toward helping others—especially veterans, their families, and children—many of whom weren’t getting the mental health support they needed. That experience lit a fire in me to be part of the solution.

I have a special interest in working with children, military veterans, and their dependents, and I’m committed to creating a space where clients feel safe, supported, and truly heard. I'm here to help you explore your thoughts, emotions, and personal growth at your own pace—and I’m honored to be part of that journey.
