My name is Tikisha Smith.  I started my career as an Elementary school teacher 22 years ago.   I have spent the last 17 years of my career as a School Counselor, supporting students in discovering their strengths, overcoming challenges, and achieving personal growth. Now, as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , I continue my mission to help individuals of all ages navigate life’s complexities with confidence and resilience.

My passion for counseling stems from a deep desire to empower others—to help them find their voice, define their path, and build the tools needed for lasting success and emotional well-being. I believe in creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and equipped to move forward with clarity and purpose.
